Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End to end talent acquisition.
  • Payroll, including allowance calculation, submission of statutory report, CPF, IR21, IR8A, etc.
  • Creative recruitment / sourcing for talents and formulating recruitment strategies to attract talent in line with the business requirement.
  • Business partnering the line managers to understand their department plan and the manpower requirements and, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement.
  • Assist to develop and roll out new HR systems such as job grading, salary banding, performance evaluation.
  • Assist in the staff performance review exercise
  • Assist in staff career planning and appraisal processes
  • In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and leavers offboarding process
  • Assist in the planning of company-wide training needs analysis and training implementation
  • Oversees staff compensation & benefit programs, giving recommendations to strengthen the programs
  • In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
  • Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
  • The candidate should possess minimally a degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
  • Preferably someone from the financial institution or equivalent industry
