Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team head to carry out HR functions, including but not limited to: payroll, benefits benchmarking and administration, annual salary and bonus review, performance management and HR global projects
  • Support the HRIS Implementation and internal web-based system enhancement
  • Work as advisor to provide professional advice to resolve staff performance and discipline issues as well as manpower matters
  • Participate in developing HR related statistic reports / dashboards to ensure operational efficiency
  • Assist in formulating HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in HRM, Organizational/Business Studies, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years all-rounded HR working experiences in which at least 1 year in full set of C&B functions (including performance management)
  • Experience in HRIS system project is an advantage
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, other labour related legislations including the areas of personal data privacy and discrimination
  • Strong numeric sense
  • Flexible and good team player
  • Details-oriented, well-organized, good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience with good potential will be considered as HR Officer
