Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting HR Manager on the execution and delivery of efficient and effective HR solutions. This includes, but is not limited to Talent Management, Learning Development, Performance Management, On-boarding and Global Mobility.

  • Provide support in new / landed employees on-boarding process, induction program and off-boarding process

  • Provide employee relations expertise and policy interpretation to the business unit

  • Assists the HR Manager in formulating and implementing policies, guideline and procedures in HR general office administration

  • Assist the HR Manager in managing the whole process of payroll, tax filing, MPF administration and group medical insurance scheme, etc.

  • Prepare employment related documents and process work / travel visa applications, if necessary

  • Prepare various periodic statistical and analysis reports

  • Timely updates of the HR Information system and maintenance of personal files

  • Co-operate and work effectively with Recruitment team to ensure seamless offer process for new joiner


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or related discipline

  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong Human Resources

  • Familiar with handling visa applications for expatriates

  • Strong knowledge in payroll procedures and understand HRIS logics

  • Ability to handle high volume payroll work adapt to change

  • Detail minded with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to coordinate and control a variety of assignments simultaneously

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
