Job Description

  • As a payroll process administrator leadingthe team to deliver monthly payroll and weekly payroll accurately and timely
  • Supervise the payroll team to perform all compensation & benefits programs, initiatives but not limited to payroll, MPF & ORSO, leave management, attendance, tax filing & IIT
  • HR system management administration, maintain payroll coding, report & Query setting
  • Work closely with HRBPs, Finance or other functions within the business to provide payroll related service
  • Support the audit administration related processincluding the internal and external audit
  • To initiate and drive process improvement, review and system enhancement initiatives
  • Participate in any HR projects and survey as required
  • Vendor management, work closely with external parties such as the ADP,Pension trustees and etc
  • Other tasks assigned by manager
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holderin anyHR related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years solid experience in payroll and benefit, preferably froma sizable multinational organization and withproven supervisory experience leading a small team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good people skills, demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in SAP preferred
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese including Mandarin
  • Occasional travel between Hong Kong and China is required
