Job Responsibilities:

  • Involving in employee queries, engagment and staff retention
  • Enhancing training, onboarding i.e. Preparing, Issuing and Handling of contractors' employment letters, setting up of Pfiles and safekeeping of other required documents
  • Managing employee relations i.e conflicts, grievances, expectations of managers
  • Managing Office / Facilities Management
  • Working on future automation of HR process
  • Weekly meeting with the key stakeholders on HR matters and updates
  • Working closely with project operations, payroll and finance team
  • Any other ad hoc duties
  • Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 5 years of HR experience
  • Possess HR experience particularly in handling staff engagement and retention
  • Strong knowledge in MOM Employment Act
  • Eye for detail and Meticulous, takes initiatives
  • A Solutions Provider
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to commence work in short notice
