  • Talent Management: Identification & development
    • Develop talent management framework to build talent for immediate and mid- term growth
    • Introduce succession planning and talent development plans
    • Develop different development tracks for talent e.g. job rotation
    • Introduce trainee and mentoring program to enhance talent development
  • Learning Academy
    • Develop framework to build talent and enhance competencies
    • Design relevant course curriculum to train and equip employees
    • Introduce bite size networking sessions to engage and motivate employees
    • Identify and implement customized training programs according to different categories of employees
    • Coach managers to better motivate their employees
  • Drive Employee Engagement
    • Implement appropriate interventions based on employees feedback from Employee Engagement survey
    • Introduce virtual tech savvy programs for enhanced collaboration among employees in the region
    • Improve employee communication for stronger alignment with Corporate Vision
    • Build stronger team spirit and trust with all the sales subsidiaries in the Asean region
  • HR Competitiveness with the Market
    • Introduce and implement best practice and relevant strategies to raise HR standards. Have good external network to be able to conduct adhoc benchmark
    • Communicate with conviction to gain buy-in from all levels of employees
  • HR Operations
    • Responsible for the overall management and direction of HR Operations
    • Introduce and lead HR best practice within the HR Operations


  • Min. 12 years of regional HR experience, preferably in MNC environment with team management experience
  • Min. Degree in Business studies or related
  • Ability to think strategically yet hands-on
  • Ability to build effective partnership with stakeholders, to make strong decision
  • Strong in analytical and excel skills
  • Good leadership experience
