We are the sportswear wholesaler and retailer in Tsuen Wan. To cope with our business development, we are inviting dynamic high caliber candidates to join our energetic team.
- Lead a team to oversee full spectrum of HR services including recruitment selection, manpower planning deployment, staff movement, performance management, compensation benefits, payroll;
- Review and implement the HR policies and practices, ensure all policies are in compliance with corporate and the statutory requirements;
- Provide continuous communication, coaching and counseling to front line staffs on conflict and performance related issues;
- Prepare and review HR reports, analysis and budget
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years of all-round HR experience in retail, with at least 5 years in managerial level;
- Mature, organized, strong numeric sense and good problem-solving ability;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinances, MPF and relevant legislation;
- Proficient in computer software, such as MS Office applications;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
