ABOUT YOUR ROLE :You will be the HR Business partner for the commercial function across ASEAN, and will partner with the country HR Managers & HR Director to drive the commercial capability agenda in ASEAN. You will partner with the HR Director in development and implementation of business people strategies and will lead the development and implementation of country & functional area specific people strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  1. Business and Country HR leadership:


  • Work closely with the HR Director & leaders in the development and ongoing review of the overall country & business people strategy and ensure implementation.
  • Plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve effectiveness.
  • Act as a primary contact to functional managers for organizational development strategies and tactics
  • Support and assist in the development and implementation of supervisory and management training programs.
  • Partner with a Talent Acquisition leader to attract high potential talent.
  • Lead the employee & industrial relations strategy for the country.
  • Manage statutory & other compliances for the country.

2.Talent & Performance Management

  • Lead the employee engagement agenda. Develop & drive company and local sponsored employee engagement programs.
  • Facilitates Employee Survey, working closely with Leadership & HR team to develop specific action plans, leading focus group process, ensuring ongoing communication and measuring progress to goals.
  • Support the leadership in the business and the employees in making sure performance management is properly administered. Provide guidance to employees and managers in the performance management process
  • Partner with the HR Director in deploying the Talent & succession planning process for the country.

3. Business HR Partner for ASEAN Commercial team:

  • Work closely with the HR Director & country HR managers in the development of commercial people strategy and ensure implementation across the countries in the region.
  • Drive the implementation of sales incentive programs across the region.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leader to attract high potential talent for commercial functions across the region.
  • Drive commercial capability initiatives across ASEAN region.
  • Lead the process of workforce & succession planning for commercial organization across ASEAN.
