Drive a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and employee relationship
Provide strategic advice to the Business Unit Heads for HR matters and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives
Steer and drive annual CB projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review performance management
Formulate and implement human resources programs, policies procedures that are in compliance with all employment related ordinances
Prepare regular reporting to analyze headcount need and cost effectiveness
Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
At least 9 years all round HR experience with 4 years at managerial level gained in sizable organizations
Strong in CB and excellent in planning, data and costing analysis
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislations
Strong in leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Proactive able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
