- Provide full range of HR services to the designated business units including front line operation
- Engage a close relationship with department heads and stakeholders, in order to provide comprehensive HR advise on people issue, staff performance and employee engagement matters.
- Liaise with hiring managers on manpower planning and handle end to end recruitment & selection for critical vacancies at senior level
- Partnering with HR Centre of Excellent team and provide HR solution for staff enquiries across different levels of employees
- Participate in group HR projects as required
- Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in Business Partnering / Account Servicing
- HR experience gained from sizable organizations is preferrable
- Well-knowledgeable in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
