Job Description

Our client is a highly progressive FinTech firm with significant funding and a unique offering that is unrivalled in Asia. They have ambitious plans to increase headcount by 50% over the next 12 months. This is an opportunity work alongside the Singapore-based founders and play a critical role in the growth of the business as the sole HR Manager.

Responsibilities include:-

  • Establishing the HR framework and ensuring it is fit for purpose
  • Onboarding, employee engagement and establishing retention strategies
  • Developing and maintaining HR strategies in line with the growth of the organisation
  • Execution of annual compensation reviews and performance management
  • Manage HR operations and processes in compliance with local regulations

    • We are looking for someone with the following experience:-

  • HR Manager with a minimum of 6+ years HR generalist experience
  • Familiar with a fast- paced working environment, ideally start-up in nature
  • Exposure to the technology/ fintech industries would be beneficial
  • A proven ability to operate autonomously and proactively
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisation
