Job Description

Location: Changi/ Pioneer
Monday - Friday: 0830 - 1730 hours
Salary: Up to $9,000
Responsibilities:

  • Provides advice and partner department managers / supervisors to provide solutions to employment lifecyle issues
  • Implements HR Workplans
  • Standardise HR practices across departments
  • Improve HR processes and practices
  • Responsible for recruitment and employment matters to meet the manpower requirements of the Centre from the selection process to offering employment to the right candidate, in compliance with relevant professional licensing and statutory requirements
  • Support Manpower Budgeting Process
  • Ensures implementation and administration of manpower budget
  • Supports Key Compensation & Benefits activities ie Salary Increment, Annual Wage Supplement, Performance Bonus, Promotion etc..
  • Ensures efficient payroll processing and compliance with relevant employment regulation
  • Ensure accurate manpower costing for sale of services
  • Works in collaboration with Corporate HR team in the design and review of HR programmes
  • Manages the development and maintenance of HRIS
  • Prepares and analyses reports to evaluate effectiveness of HR programmes / systems and reports for management

    • Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in any field
  • At least 8-10 years of HR Experience with length of service leading a team
