Are you interested in taking on a short term engagement to support our dynamic teams in APAC where your expertise will be valued and leveraged? The Sr. HR Manager is based in Singapore and works to support in building exceptional teams; making sure all people decisions within the region reflect a balanced approach to managing the needs of the business, our employees and our customers. You are someone who has a strong HR Generalist foundation who can be nimble and balance the needs of the HR function and of the business.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Sr. HR Manager works with senior leaders and line managers within the region to define, structure and implement improvements that cut across HR processes, organizational structure, enabling technologies and the use of data & analytics to drive business alignment, maximize organizational performance and establish a culture focused on optimizing business value.


Provides expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

Responsible for Employee Relations including proven experience conducting progressive discipline, investigations, risk management, and providing coaching to managers and employees for any issues that arise in support of company ethics and values.

Provides superior HR support, coaching and advice to employees, managers and leaders through being available, approachable, helpful at all times.

Establishes deep relationships and trust through straight forward communications and interactions internally and externally.

Leverages deep understanding of the business and its strategy to provide expert insight and consultation into organizational effectiveness and talent planning and development.

Generates, analyses and provides insightful data to guide decision making and develop proactive solutions to managing and developing a superior workforce.

Solves problems using an innovative approach and gets to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.

Responsible for supporting various organizational changes to mitigate disruption to our people and the business.

Fosters and supports a positive, customer-centric company culture that recognizes progress and achievements, emphasizes integrity, quality, continuous improvement, high performance, employee engagement and optimizing business value.

Coaches leaders on change management to ensure the best possible employee experience resulting in higher engagement, performance and commitment.

Supports development of a superior workforce that reflects the values and purpose of the organization.

Responsible for supporting effective Performance Management through managing and training on the performance review process, compensation review and ensuring the ongoing open feedback with managers and employees.

Collaborates with various HR partners including talent acquisition and learning and development, to drive company wide HR programs and initiatives.

Creates and establishes simple and effective policies and procedures as needed.

Ensures the organization is compliant with all applicable employment laws

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6+yearsof Human Resources Generalist and employee relations experience

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive decisions through strong relationships, expertise and data.

Extensive knowledge of the regions employment laws and regulations

Excellent time management skills and self-disciplined able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and various internet browsers).

Comfortable working in a high growth, dynamic organization

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BSDegreein Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment.
