Reporting to the CFO, the Senior HR Manager is a trusted HR advisor for the senior leadership in a tech start-up. S/He and leads the HR team in supporting employee life cycle and ensuring best HR practices and compliance. S/He will develop and update company policies and procedures, contribute to and shape culture, people engagement and wellbeing plans processes and activities. S/He will develop an effective performance management system ensuring that organisational values are translated into measurable competencies, behaviours and objectives, and that appraisals are carried out accordingly. S/He will lead TA, HR operations covering recruitment, payroll, C&B and all HR related matters including keeping employees informed and guided on Covid-19 guidelines.
Ideally the Sr HR manager is degree qualified with min. 10 years HR business partnering/ leadership experience and is well with the with local HR legislation, general HR policies and best practices. S/He will be a collaborative, focused and effective communicator with strong people influencinge skills, hands-on and able to multi-task in a rapidly growing environment.
