Our client is one of the worlds leading Re-insurers. They are looking for a high performing Senior HR Manager in Singapore. You will be the trusted HR advisor to the department leaders across South East Asia.

Reporting to the Human Resource Director (SEA), you will be driving and executing the people agenda through strategic advice and delivery of best-practice services to the business. You will be the point of contact for all HR issues in the SEA region.
Oversee HR operation in South East Asia
Lead and facilitate HR operation processes and efficiency that comply with labour regulations
To manage employee relations issues and provide HR guidance and advice
Design and support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Manage senior executive hiring
Support and suggest improvement to existing HR initiatives
Partnering with Senior leaders to rollout HR initiatives and projects (Include L&D, DEI, Employee benefits)
The ideal candidate should be proactive and collaborative on all aspects related to people. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. In addition, you will have the following
At least 10 to 12 years of HR experience in financial services industry
Strong talent assessment and good business acumen
Worked in complex matrix organization with HR leadership experience.
Strong stakeholders management
Prior experience in managing large projects locally or regionally
Good knowledge of the local labour law and HR practices and procedures
