Our client is one of the worlds leading Re-insurers. They are looking for a high performing Senior HR Manager in Singapore. You will be the trusted HR advisor to the department leaders across South East Asia.

  • Reporting to the Human Resource Director (SEA), you will be driving and executing the people agenda through strategic advice and delivery of best-practice services to the business. You will be the point of contact for all HR issues in the SEA region.


  • Oversee HR operation in South East Asia

  • Lead and facilitate HR operation processes and efficiency that comply with labour regulations

  • To manage employee relations issues and provide HR guidance and advice

  • Design and support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage senior executive hiring

  • Support and suggest improvement to existing HR initiatives

  • Partnering with Senior leaders to rollout HR initiatives and projects (Include L&D, DEI, Employee benefits)

  • The ideal candidate should be proactive and collaborative on all aspects related to people. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. In addition, you will have the following

  • At least 10 to 12 years of HR experience in financial services industry

  • Strong talent assessment and good business acumen

  • Worked in complex matrix organization with HR leadership experience.

  • Strong stakeholders management

  • Prior experience in managing large projects locally or regionally

  • Good knowledge of the local labour law and HR practices and procedures
