Job Description

The Role

As a sole contributor reporting to the COO, you will be tasked with the full spectrum of HR function such as :
  • Providing HR advice and support to businesses and employees on a wide range of operational HR related issues.
  • Reviewing, enhancing and implementing HR policies, procedures, performance reviews, promotions and systems in line with the Company's business goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the business with workforce planning, performance/ talent management, people development, succession planning and employee relations matters through a consultative approach and sophisticated style.
  • Reviewing and developing the required HR processes and procedures to support the group expansion and enhance the business effectiveness for Singapore.
  • Preparing timely report on key HR metrics as required such as headcount reports and tracker, coordinating hiring requirements during the annual budgeting period.
  • Identifying training needs and organizing suitable training programs for employees.
  • Maintaining a positive employee relationship environment within groups.

  • Your Profile

    You should have a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management/HRM with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience in the F&B / FMCG / supply chain / logistics sector is preferred. You should have strong communications skills.
