Drive strategic objectives as set out in both the companys business and HR strategy plan by acting as the HR Lead and Business Partner with responsibilities for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function.
Key objectives include Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Planning & Leadership Development.
HR Operations excellence in Asia Pacific and strategic Business Partnering.
Oversee all recruiting efforts including making needs analysis and getting approval before job posting, job posting, screening, interviews, and carry out job matching between candidates and requirements, search and identifies candidates for positions within business units.
Investigate and make recommendations on all employee relations issues, assess and develop a comprehensive compensation and benefit plan, implement a performance management system, identify and make recommendations on policy enhancements and partner with management while supporting the business as an HR partner.
Provide consultative support and service to business units on employee management.
Develop and implement HR initiatives which drive employee satisfaction and support business growth. Support the business unit in aligning business and people strategies with corporate objectives and priorities.
Review HR policies to ensure relevance and competitiveness. Ensure compliance of all HR practices to meet legislative and regulatory requirement, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines.
Work with business leaders and managers to identify development needs and trends within the business. Specific content includes leadership development and professional development.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to managers coaching, counselling, career development, performance improvement. Monitor the effectiveness of performance management, goal setting and employee development plan initiatives.
Manage and maintain the new hire induction program to ensure that it is effective and engages new hire connects to the culture of the company. Ensure best practices are adopted throughout the offices.
Degree in HR with 10 to 15 years of related HR exp
