Our client is a leading local corporation with global existence. To cope with their rapid expansion worldwide, they are now looking for a seasoned HR professional to join their Corporate HR Team


We are now seeking for a SENIOR HR MANAGER



  • Reporting to Head of HR, leading a sub-team and responsible for full range of HR services in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staff Engagement and Development
  • Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategy to ensure effectiveness of acquiring talents in the market
  • Plan and implement career planning programs and individual development plan for new-hires
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders and department heads on cultivate performance management programs
  • Establish effective communication channels between management and staffs to ensure dessemination of corproate culture and value messages
  • Participate in any Corporate HR Projects as required



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years solid HR experience of which a focus in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Staff Relations
  • Regional / Global HR experience is preferable
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, and knowledgeable in labour regulations in other countries
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Strong supervisory skills and good influencer
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
