As a senior HR generalist , you will be responsible for:

  • Coach Managers in talent management, employee relations and performance management.
  • Working with other members to design and deliver management workshops and training sessions
  • Using individual performance development review program to motivate excellent performance, counsel individuals on development and drive retention efforts.
  • Implementation of Learning & Development tools and concepts.
  • Working with directors and department managers, prepare annual staffing budget.
  • Review working structures to ensure maximum productivity and efficient use of resources such as
    space


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of HR
  • Experience in fashion or retail industry is highly preferred
  • Degree holder in Human Resources
  • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
