Our client is one of the earliest entrants in the FinTech space and has been steadily building a presence in emerging areas of financial technology in recent years. They are organically profitable and possess a very stable capital base and are now looking to expand across Southeast Asia within the next 18-24 months. Their current focus is on building and establishing a progressive People function to support their mid-term scaling plans. On that note, a newly created position is now open for a Senior HR Generalist to join them in building HR processes and ensuring the smooth running of HR Operations.
You will be joining a HR team of 3 including a Head of HR and two HR Executives. Working alongside the Head of HR, you will be involved with creating new frameworks for recruitment, total rewards, talent management, performance calibration, and employee engagement. You will also review and revise their current strategies for recruiting, retaining, and rewarding their team of high-performing talent. On the side, you will also be a mentor to the other two HR Executives in the team and guide them in building up proficiencies in HR Operations. This role will provide you with a good balance of HR development and HR operations responsibilities and would be a great opportunity for a junior or aspiring HR Manager.
You should possess at least 3-5yrs of HR experience and be well-versed across the full spectrum of HR. You should have a knack for working in a fast-paced environment and possess high levels of adaptability. But most importantly, dont feel like you need to tick all the boxes before applying.
