Roles & Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day HR Operations support on Worker level employees such as recruitment, on boarding / off boarding, maintaining of personnel records, HR related invoices verification etc.
  • Responsible for all employees training related activities such as course registration, grant submission & report
  • Responsible for Work Pass Administration & application of security bond and man-year.
  • Build rapport, engage and sustain good relationship with stakeholders
  • To undertake other Admin function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably within the construction industry.
