To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelors Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines and a minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience. You should be well-versed on MOM regulations and local legislation, as well as prepared to take a hands-on approach to your work and contribute effectively.
