Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle
  • Develop and/or revise Human Resources policies, procedures, practice and documents in align with the business strategy and labour law. Provide advice, interpretations and guidance regarding policies
  • Administrator for Employment Pass in Singapore
  • Main administrator for HRIS System, Leave Portal
  • Main point of contact for employee relation issues
  • Drive and support new HR initiatives
  • Requirements:

  • Well versed in labor law and legislatives including statutory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
