As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for executing and managing the daily recruiting operations
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Assistant TA Manager. This incumbent will be part of a huge dynamic team which focuses on recruiting the best talent and leveraging on the employers brand across the ASEAN region, on a regional scale.
skills and experience required
The successful candidate should have at least 2-4 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the International Trade or Professional Services sector. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, to collaborate with respective stakeholders, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be used to working independently and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving change. Ideally, you should have prior experience in technical hiring and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
