about the job

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for executing and managing the daily recruiting operations

  • Responsible for the full-cycle of recruiting process, including sourcing of candidates, resume screening, conducting interviews, managing the interview debrief process, preparing offer letters as well as off-boarding and exit proceedings
  • Assists to recruit entry to mid-level positions, which encompasses permanent, contract positions as well as internship roles
  • Assists to track and analyse recruiting and hiring metrics
  • Work with talent management, training and operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
  • Assists with campus recruitment, such as conducting student talks and career fairs with universities and collaborate with various institutions on their programmes and initiatives

    You will be reporting to the Assistant TA Manager. This incumbent will be part of a huge dynamic team which focuses on recruiting the best talent and leveraging on the employers brand across the ASEAN region, on a regional scale.
    skills and experience required
    The successful candidate should have at least 2-4 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the International Trade or Professional Services sector. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, to collaborate with respective stakeholders, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be used to working independently and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving change. Ideally, you should have prior experience in technical hiring and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
