Job Description

Salary range: $3,000 to $4,500

Basic + Bonus package

Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm

Min. Diploma in ANY field

Min. 3 years of full set HR experience

Our client is an early childhood centre that aims to allow children to experience learning success, become lifelong learners and contributing members of our society. They cultivate diversity by respecting, including, and valuing one another. They are currently looking for a HR & Office Executive/Manager to join the growing dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of HR and Administration Function.

Implement HR policies and procedures, with constant reviews on their appropriateness and make recommendations to management for improvements.

Work closely with General Manager to provide advice on manpower needs, recruitment strategies, staff appraisal and personnel development.

Perform full-cycle of talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.

Preparation of various letters (Letter of Employment, Acceptance of Resignation, Confirmation Letter, Extension of Probation, Retirement Letter, Re-employment Letter etc)

Preparation of monthly payroll, including processing of statutory claims and filing of income

Application for any HR related fundings and subsidies

Handle and resolve employees' disciplinary issues and grievances.

Identify staff capabilities to match company needs for different projects.

Organization of workshop, events, team-bonding or/and any company related activities.

Align with MOM and MOH guideline, to implement Covid Safe Management Measure and other related matters.

Perform other ad-hoc HR and Office administration duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

Preferably at least 3 years of Human Resource management experience.

Experience in Education Sector with a staff strength of more than 120 would be an added advantage.

Good understanding and application of Work Injury Compensation Act, local employment legislation and practices.

High level of reliability, integrity with a positive and mature disposition.

Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to interact in a fast-moving environment, able to multi-task, work independently under minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Location: Sembawang/Canberra

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary will commensurate based on qualification and experience
