Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Handle the payroll for the employees.
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR matters and supporting recruitment/hiring process, on-boarding, off-boarding, handling background checks.
  • Provide accurate maintenance of employee database and personnel files.
  • Administer & monitoring of various MOM matters such as work passes, tax clearance, leave management and attending to staff enquiries.
  • Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws
  • Preparation of all HR related letters
  • Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
  • Have 5 to 10 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Info-Tech software is an advantage.
  • Bilinginual in English and Chinese language, able to read, write & communicate daily with all Chinese-speaking staff.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to provide solutions to problems
  • Flexible and proactive attitude.
