Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Work together with top management to provide strategic and advice on the improvement of organization.
  • Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies that support business goals.
  • Assessing and identifying the gaps in the areas of recruitment, compensations and benefits, employee training and performance management.
  • Responsible in full recruitment process including job posting.
  • In-charge of office executive on boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Responsible on worker's dormitory contract, worker dormitory arrangement and liaise with MOM on dorm operator matters.
  • Provide counselling to employees and understand their needs and what is stopping them to improve their work quality and value.
  • Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Organize activities and events to increase employee bonding and engagement.
  • Manage and monitor company insurance matters which include renewal and claims
  • Manage the full spectrum of payroll process which include payroll submission, tax submission, payroll report)
  • Responsible to the authorities surveys (MOM/BCA)
  • Support and assist on the COVID-19 documentation required by the authorities.
  • Manage and support on the conflict management.
  • Ensure our work is comply with Singapore laws and regulations
  • Support on department ISO & GGBS audit documentation.
  • Job Requirement:

  • At least 5 year(s) of hands-on experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Familiar with Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations.
  • Proactive, committed, resourceful and able to multi-tasks
