Job DescriptionTo support HODs in Staff Evaluation, KPI / Goal Setting and Staff Career DevelopmentTo monitor probation, confirmation, promotion and increment through appraisal exercisesConduct exit interviews for resignation and execute termination casesSupport in getting interns as trainee supportsApplication for EP and S passes onlineLiaison with government bodies/stat boardsStaff counseling, grievance and discipline handlingsAdminister training/seminars and claimsPerform CPF returns (submit to CPF Board) with Account DepartmentLeave admin and claims (Child Care, Maternity, Paternity, NS etc)Participate in WSH Committee as memberAdminister staff welfares (Health Screening, ADD awards, Festive Celebrations etc)Upkeep confidential personnel files subject to auditsSupervise security guard, cleaner and HR/Admin AssistantParticipate in ISO and FDA audit committeesLook into insurances and claims (Commercial Fire, Workmen Comp, H&S, Group PA, Public Liability, Commercial Veh Insurance, Travel Insurance with Accounting Manager) RequirementsDiploma/Degree in HR/Business Management.
