Job Brief:

The Shared Services team focuses on the administrative portion of employment life cycle

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes and transactions according to standard operating procedures
  • Provide dashboards and reports to for internal & external consumption
  • Re-engineer existing processes to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes
  • Process the application, renewal and termination of passes according to the latest statutory regulations or requirements
  • Prepare HR letters and other documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Render support to annual HR exercises such as performance appraisal, annual declaration, etc.
  • Prepare statutory submissions and ensure that HR processes are in compliant with applicable government regulations
  • Provide dashboards and reports to for internal & external consumption
  • Any other duties as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business/HR with at least 4 -6 years of relevant HR experiences with minimum 1 year of shared service experiences will be preferred
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
