Looking for a self motivated, highly energetic HR aspirant to work for building and setting up HR processes across a new European Tech /SaaS setup in Singapore.
Your duties will include,
Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and enable localisation across the region;
Manage full end to end recruitment processes alongside functional managers.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of all administrative processes including hiring, onboarding, background verifications, exits.
Coordinate performance review process and content. Formulate training plan as appropriate based on needs identified and lead employee development initiatives on a Group-wide basis;
Advise management on compensation issues ensuring local benchmarking data is captured and considered;
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Support setup of the new offices in the region
Work alongside colleagues in China & South East Asia region and be the interface between employees, APAC management & HQ in Europe.Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources or related field;
Minimum 3 years generalist HRexperience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written;
Impeccable ethical standards, work ethic and integrity
Comfortable working in a flat structure & empowering staff
Mandarin language capability to communicate with our Colleagues in China & HK.
Preferably from a Tech / startup background.
