Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • 5 Working Days (Mon to Fri), 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Two way company transport provided @ Pioneer & Boon Lay MRT station
  • Permanent full time position
  • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Management to assess the organisation's training and development needs
  • Design and develop the organisations competency framework
  • Identify and develop suitable technologies and methodologies to enhance training, coaching and assessment programmes
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training, coaching and assessment programmes
  • Create training content that relate directly to the learning objectives
  • Coordinate the piloting of new training initiatives with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate competency assessments contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and activities
  • Conduct relevant value-added training programmes when required.
  • Develop and implement on-the-job training initiatives
  • Facilitate recruitment for integral roles within organisation to ensure smooth talent pipeline and succession planning
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the learning and development field
  • Any other L&D duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas, Engineering industry is preferred
  • Candidates who possess ACTA certification will be at an advantage
  • Excellent staff, trainer & assessor development management skills
  • Digital literacy, interpersonal & project management skills
  • A team player and a problem solver
  • Familiar with relevant skillsets training programs & LSP
