Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, you will uphold HR technology and digitisation efforts related to HR processes across the Singapore office as well as the region and support local and regional learning and development (L&D) initiatives. You will support the maintenance of the HRIS as well as serve as a subject matter expert for L&D programmes.Client DetailsMarket Leader in their field and expanding rapidlyDescriptionProvide support for issues, enhancement requests and automation opportunities relating to the firm's digitization and transformationAssist in the review, testing and implementation of digitization upgrades and improvementsAnalyse HR users' opportunities from end to end and provide a solution through automationDevelop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train users on new processes / functionalityProvide HR support for a Headcount of 600 in SingaporeThis person should be able to cite examples of previous project management experience andConduct regular review of processes, SOPs for systems and support, and partner with HRIS vendor to resolve issues and challengesWork with regional teams and be the liaison on regional programmes and initiativesDevelop, track and measure learning curriculum and road mapWork closely with the various practices to understand talent needs and retention plansMaintain awareness of current trends in L&D and HRISProfileShould be independent and hardworking and have excellent stakeholder management experienceGood degree in HR or relevant disciplines with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.Good HR domain knowledge with prior digitization and L&D experienceResourceful and self-driven with sound HR and project management skills Possess excellent interpersonal, writing skills and able to strive in a fast paced environment Applicants with more in-depth experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager roleJob Offer.
