Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Position : Senior HR Executive (FULL SPECTRUM / RECRUITMENT / APPRAISAL / START-UP COMPANY EXPERIENCE)
  • Location : Ayer Raja Crescent (Nearest MRT - One North)
  • Working hours : 5 days/ Office hours
  • Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 Basic + Variable Bonus
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : AI FinTech solution provider
  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of HR functions
  • Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations / welfare.
  • Maintain and update all employee data/documents promptly and accurately
  • Perform payroll duties and handle employees queries promptly
  • Maintain staff insurance records and liaise with the agent for insurance claims/renewal
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems
  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and managing contract renewals (e.g. office insurance, medical insurance, rental etc.)
  • Ensure that the organization charts are up to date to reflect any changes
  • Assist in preparation and verification of employees claims
  • Office maintenance and general office duties, including ordering of pantry supplies
  • Headcount < 30 including China & Indonesia
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management
  • Requirements:

    At least 3 years of relevant experience.

    Those with start-up experience is an added advantage

    Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
