    Adecco is partnering with a global FMCG brand and they are looking for a Senior HR Executive

    Job Description

  • Take on a business partner role supporting the field sales operations team covering services such as recruitment, contract management and annual salary reviews
  • Support training and development yearly planning & day-to day execution of various HR programs for the Nestle head office
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement survey, recognition programs, employer branding, policies review etc.
  • Administer and coordinate programs focusing on Employee Benefits supporting HR strategy.
  • HR Business Partnering

  • Business partner to field sales operations to manage the entire employee life cycle for the field sales operations team
  • Benefits

  • Manage renewal of various corporate insurances including Term Life, Medical, Critical Illness, Workmen Compensation, and Travel Insurance etc.
  • Administer and organise various Benefits programs within the organization that includes but not limited to administering medical claims, wellness benefits and annual health screening
  • Review effectiveness of employee benefit policies and efficiency of benefits administration process that aims to attract, motivate and retain talents
  • Take lead in launching new benefits initiatives, support in communication of Benefits strategies, policies and practices to all employees
  • Training

  • Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan
  • Support HR Manager to collate and analyze training needs, prepare annual training plan, source and liaise with internal and external vendors in delivering a quality training plan which supports business priorities.
  • Training Admin - Internal & External Trainings
  • To carry out timely training admin duties including course registration, funding/grant (SDF/SRP/CITREP) applications, payments, education sponsorship and bond monitoring, pre-training application, and post-training evaluations.
  • To prepare logistics for in-house and external training.
  • To analyze training budget, training policies and make necessary recommendations to improve efficiency.

  • Contract Hiring and Accurate Invoicing

  • Sourcing and selection
  • Personnel Administration

  • Entry and P file maintenance
  • Coordinate and manage Orientation
  • Exit process management
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Managers in managing the general HR functions such as Staffing administrations (Probation confirmation, retirement and service years tracking), Compensation & Benefits management, HR policies revisions and reporting etc.
  • Ad-hoc projects - Coordinate ad-hoc projects according to objectives accomplishment.

  • Job Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR manager or HR executive
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS payroll system
  • People orientated, with strong communications skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
