To support HR Shared Services Center by accurately manage and maintain complex team member information transactional requests while adhering to HR Shared Service Center processing standards and service level commitments and provide recommendations for process improvement. To provide HR analytical expertise and identify any issues related to operational matters for HR Shared Services Center, determine root cause and proactively promote and lead efforts to guarantee continuous process improvement.
