The Role

To support HR Shared Services Center by accurately manage and maintain complex team member information transactional requests while adhering to HR Shared Service Center processing standards and service level commitments and provide recommendations for process improvement. To provide HR analytical expertise and identify any issues related to operational matters for HR Shared Services Center, determine root cause and proactively promote and lead efforts to guarantee continuous process improvement.

  • Ensure timely, data accuracy and integrity in team member records in HR database throughout Employee Life Cycle events
  • Data entry may include but is not limited to, team member status changes, transfer, terminations, new hires, reorganizations, and use of correction mode as needed.
  • Ensure data submitted for processing is in alignment with company policies and practices prior to processing
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency and relevance of the HR data maintained
  • Manage HR stakeholders on Data Management initiatives
  • Ensure service level and turnaround time are conformed to at all times
  • Act as a key operations escalation point for the HR Shared Service internal functions for all matters related to the team
  • Leading reporting and analytics for HR Service Delivery to drive exceptional team member experience with operational excellence
  • Take ownership of analyzing the data thoroughly and provides detailed reports to the Management for putting the necessary checks in place
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution to Case Management System
  • Maintain and support continued process improvements, focus on sustainability, quality initiatives and strategic objectives
  • Work with internal functions to identify required changes and communicate needed changes to management team.
  • Involve and participate in HR projects and key business initiatives as required
  • About You

  • Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in HR
  • Relevant experience in an HR Shared Services environment is a must
  • Good team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience in business analysis and interpretation, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to meet the requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and good presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to complex situations
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with the relevant HR functions to achieve business goals
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
