Job Description

  • Position : Senior HR Executive All Welcome!
  • Location : Changi Airfreight Centre
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.18PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 10 Days AL
  • Duration : Perm

    • Industry : Services For Air Freight, Ocean Freight, In-House Support, Trucking, Logistic And Warehousing, Dangerous Goods Management, Insurance And Door To Door To Around The World

    Responsibilities:

  • Review, formulate, implement & maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Administer performance appraisal management system
  • Administering the overall payroll process
  • Recruitment and selection of staff
  • Administrating of training needs analysis of employees
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Must have experience on MOM work pass applications/ MOM surveys and application of government paid leaves
  • Sound knowledge on Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR Practices
