Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement
  • Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters, and correspondences
  • Prepare and submit survey / statistical reports as requested by government bodies
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall corporate strategy
  • Participate in annual HR exercises such as salary review and annual performance appraisal exercises
  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system and manage leave administration
  • Full knowledge in handling work passes matters (application, renewal, cancellation etc), if necessary
  • Manage Singapore employees monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessment.
  • HR knowledge specific to construction industry (work permits, MYE, relevant to workers, etc.)
  • Process Government-Paid Leave application / claims and government grant
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
  • Other ad-hoc Admin / HR duties assigned if any
  • Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
  • At least 5years experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Hardworking, highly self-motivated, disciplined, work independently, and handle confidential information in a professional manner
