Roles & Responsibilities


Report to the HR Manager and handle full spectrum of HR function

Day-to-day HR operational duties as well as support in employee life cycle matters.

Carry out the organization's HR strategies, mission and vision in the assigned area of responsibility, as well as accomplishment of company's goals and objectives collectively with the team.

Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes

To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedule interviews

Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc

On-boarding formalities such as staff orientation

Off-boarding formalities, such as sourcing for applicants via job posting on job portals, screening profiles, interviewing shortlisted candidates and preparing job offers,

Handle payroll processing of overtimes, incentives, figures and other numbers for payroll matters, monthly payroll and salary report preparation

Participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives

Assist to develop standard HR reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics

Organize corporate events

Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims

Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21

Handle personal data changes with proper letter generation/documentation

Administrate all documentation including but not limited to policies, summary plan, contracts, P-file and other compliance documentation

Update employee movement (including hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations and resignations)

to establish Employee engagement by staying close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements

Providing counselling on policies and procedures

Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Create and implement effective on-boarding plans

Assist in developing training and development programs

Assist in performance management processes

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned


Diploma or Degree in HR Management

Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist role and operational duties

Well organized, independent & solutions-driven individual

Resilient and able to work in a fast pace environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Eg., Excel, Word, Power-point)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.

Able to work independently or in teams

Able to start work immediate basis plus point
