As a key member of the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process to ensure that assigned job openings are filled in a timely manner. In support of effective recruitment, you will develop and implement employer branding and outreach strategies to attract and hire suitable talents. For further exposure, you will provide support in various learning & development activities as well as undertake or support other HR projects and initiatives. With opportunities available for wider exposure over time, you will be well-positioned as a HR Business Partner.
Degree in any discipline, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience in a generalist HR rolewhich includes recruitment and/or talent engagement
IHRP certification preferred
Practical knowledge of the Employment Act and other manpower-related legislations, current and emerging HR trends and practices
Meticulous, resourceful, versatile and self-driven with good organization skills
Digitally savvy with keen interest in HR analytics, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
