  • Manage HR administration, such as letters of employment, confirmation and etc.
  • Manage exit and resignation of employees.
  • Handle employees queries, disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Verification of frontline attendance and ensure leave application has been accounted for.
  • Verification and checking monthly overtime for frontline employees.
  • Verification of new employee records, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in their personal files and system.
  • Verification of monthly payroll, commission and staff claims.
  • Monthly consolidation and reporting of Group HR reports to update Management on HR related issues.
  • Oversees staff welfare and recreation, such as supporting frontline sales events, organizing company events and etc.
  • Maintain and manage the contents of companys intranet and ensure it is up to date.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

  • Minimum Diploma in business related discipline.
  • Minimum3 - 5 years of related working experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiar with MOM Regulations and knowledge of Employment Legislation.
  • Knowledge of Unit 4 System would be advantageous.
  • Able to start within short notice.
