Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HR functions such as recruitment & selection, employee well-being, employee relation, salary and benefits administration, performance management, manpower planning and projects
  • Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
  • Develop and implement a training competency framework and roadmap for Training & Development program in collaboration with various departments.
  • Plan & work on the cost budget and provide information to the management for decision making.
  • Support in developing, managing, maintain and keep up to date on HR policy
  • Business Partnering with Line Managers
  • Prepare reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Human Resource Management.
  • At least 10-12 years of HR experience including payroll
  • Prior experience with HR Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
  • Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Other Information
    Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
    Office Location: Central
