HR Generalist role and assist manager on day to day Human Resource functions.
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent certification.
With 4-5 years experience in HR functions generally.
Someone with insurance background is added advantage.
