Job Description




Duties Responsibilities:

  • Managing full spectrum of HR operation duties, excluding payroll
  • Coordinates with external vendor on payroll matters
  • Handle the full recruitment process, which includes job portals management and coordinate interview arrangements.
  • Manage the administrative onboarding, mobility and offboarding process of new hire, internal transfer and resigned employee
  • Assess and administer staff training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives through collaborative works with internal and external training partners/vendors
  • Be the main contact point for all employees to ensure companys up-to-date information are communicated clearly across levels
  • Be the main contact point regarding human-related issues, handles disciplinary cases and manage employees grievances
  • Ensure good HR practices enforcement and are in compliance with the Employment Ordinance and other statutory requirements
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate employee information in the HR system and monthly headcount report
  • Ensure Employee P-files, leave records e.g. are properly, accurately maintained and updated at all times

Requirements:

  • Degree Holders in Human Resource or related disciplines is preferred
  • Sound knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal (English Putonghua included)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum 3-year relevant work experience in HR field preferred
