Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and full HR spectrum that include payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS system, performance management and employee engagement.
- Support HR Manager in employee/ industrial relations, training and development, audits and other initiatives and projects in achieving the organization's goals and objectives.
- Participate in preparation of the data and reports for annual performance review and annual budget for analysis and compilation
- Prepare and provide the relevant reports for management and corporate
Any other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or any relevant field
- Possess relevant experience in HR related field with minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
- Well versed in local labour laws and legislations, HR policies and procedures
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills and able to work under pressure
- Fluent oral and written skills in English, Proficient in MS Office
- Having knowledge of Sage Easy Pay, Sage Easy Time and HRIS system will be an added advantage
