Job Description

  • In charge of end-to-end process of recruitment for all active hiring for SISTIC (Local and Offshore)
  • Execute an effective and fast recruitment processes to achieve recruitment KPI
  • Advisor and liaison to HODs and Line Managers on job requirements to fulfil the business eds
  • Responsible for managing the entire recruitment and selection cycle
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate competencies and fit
  • Update candidates on the interview outcome and recruitment process
  • Liaise and update HODs and Line Managers on the positions to be filled
  • Provide weekly reports to Head of HR on update on the recruitment progress
  • Prepare Letters of Offers and make job offer
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new joiners
  • Foster partnerships with external agencies and website vendors on maintenance and update job postings in a timely manner
  • Evaluate competency of agencies and job sites for the appropriate target talent market for various hiring roles
  • Negotiate rates and terms with agencies if necessary
  • Responsible for managing the internship / Industrial Attachment program, career fair with education institution
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of HR & Admin
  • Technical Competencies

  • Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Minimum 4 6 years of relevant working experience
