Job Description


  • Ensure HR Policies are in compliance with local regulations and legislations
  • Process monthly payroll, calculation of OT, CPF, income tax
  • Work Pass application, renewal and termination
  • Submission of claims for CCL, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, NS Claim
  • Update HR system, generate reports
  • Coordinate training courses, workshops, update training matrix
  • Handle end to end recruitment activities
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Prepare and generate HR letters and reports
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues and grievances
  • Manage staff claims, expenses, insurance claims
  • Tabulate and submit MOM survey
  • Coordinate staff welfares and annual events such as Team Building and HR events
  • Other ad-hoc Human Resource and admin duties (CorpPass Administrator, season parking) as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management
  • Hands-on experience on Info-Tech preferred
  • Must have minimum 4 years hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR duties
  • Able to speak/write Chinese/English for daily communications with Chinese speaking staff
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very meticulous and organized
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
