Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Attending to staff grievances and complaints, resolving staff conflicts and improving staff engagement.
Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required
At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
