Oversee full spectrum of Talent acquisition process which includes but not limited to, recruitment, selection, conducting interview, job offer and on/off boarding procedure.
Partner with leaders within the organization to understand and fulfil the hiring needs
Translate workforce planning of each business unit into recruitment strategies with a cost-effective and creative manner in the recruitment function.
Create and build the candidate and talent pipeline for continuous organization growth, enhance the employer brand in the local community and job market.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and communication toolkits.
Perform basic compensation/benefit or any other HR related tasks assigned.
Diploma/ Degree in HR related with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably from start-up firms or recruitment agencies.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Labor law and HR best practices.
Independent, aggressive, outspoken and with excellent command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Able to start work in short notice.
