Job Description
Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, space planning.
Conduct employee onboarding and help in training & development
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Maintain employee records with all relevant information and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Administration of Work Pass (Work Permit/S Pass/Employment Pass/Other passes)
Generate and maintain HR documents such as employment contract, confirmation letters, adjustment letter, termination letter and etc,.
Assist in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
Collaborates with other administrative personnel and/or outside parties (e.g. IRAS, MOM, auditors and etc.) to ensure we are following company policies, laws and/or regulatory guidelines
Payroll
Prepare and process payroll, benefit compensation and reimbursement
Prepare and manage all employment Income Tax related (IR21 and IR8A) and compliance with relevant statutory requirements
Prepare monthly/ annual budgeting and related HR reports for upper management, accounts and finance department etc.
Administration & IT
Oversee office supplies inventory, and maintain office equipment
Fundamental IT hardware and software knowledge to facilitate liaison with company IT vendor
Assist in travel ticket and accommodation booking for employees
Coordination with external Corporate Secretary on Board Resolution and Meeting Minutes
Perform other duties as assigned.

Degree in any related discipline with minimum 6 years of relevant compensation and benefits experience
Good team player with positive attitude and pro-active to the company and Managements requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act.
Strong and proven analytical and numerical ability with an eye for details
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good project management skills
Results driven, hands-on and confidence to advise stakeholders on rewards issues
Self-motivated, resourceful and a team player
Strong time management and self-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
Ability to work independently
Conscientious, meticulous and detailed orientated
