Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment & selection, performance management and employee training and development plan.

Review the existing HR policies and Handbook, develop and implement HR policies, procedures that support Companys business goals.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and state policies.

Prepare HR reports and surveys relating to headcount, staff movement and manpower cost when necessary.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist preferably in Construction/Building industry

Familiar with end to end process of the recruitment cycle

Strong stakeholder management skills

Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations

Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork

Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Infotech system is a plus

Willing to work at Senoko Area

5 days work week with 1 or 2 Saturday on the rotating basis (9am-6pm Mon-Fri; 9am-1pm Sat)

Able to start work with short notice/immediately
